Don't be a lazy frick like me. You miss out on too many things.

Take time for yourself everyday (meditate, read, take walks, etc.). Your brain is going to check out and do this involuntarily anyway if you don't do so voluntarily, which could prove disastrous.

When you feel overwhelmed and unable to focus on all of the things that you have to do, step back and pick the two or three easy things on your to-do list. Take care of those. The feeling of accomplishment will then spur you on to other items.

Maximize your potential. Obtain any and every certification and license in your field of work. Minimize your risk. Save and always plan for the future. Always go with equal or greater value on a spouse

I'm not very efficient.

Brute force and stupidity have gotten me where I am.

When I have to do something as soon as I get up that forces me to wake up, I usually finish my morning routine much faster than when I slowly wake up while getting ready, even though I just spent 5 minutes doing something else.

I can't do that. My wife works out before work. Someone has to be here for the kids.

I don't know about efficient but, I've always envied the friends that never ever look at the clock. they don't live scheduled. they will probably live to be 100 because of their lack of stress. that's all I got.
