Their lakes are glorified ponds. But according to management they are stocked with catfish, bass, and sacalait

Lafayette is an awesome place, I miss living there, great food, lots of good looking womenz, outdoors, etc.,you'd probably met a lot of people living in an apt. but could probably rent a house cheaper, good luck

there's a good chance, that place was crawling with young, horny, hotties, the local economy was booming, everybody was doing everybody, there was nothing you could catch that a little tetracycline couldn't take care of, it was awesome

Yeah, I lived at Diamond Lakes in college, ran alot of tail through there. Banged several of my neighbors.

In Lafayette. Anyone ever live at one of these?

My Mom was at Bayou Shadows for a couple of years and I stayed there with her a couple of summers.

I liked that they had four different pools and a K&B next door where I would go hang out and read the magazine rack.

But that was over 20 years ago in the early 90s so I have no clue what its like now. Probably overpriced like all housing in Lafayette.

Because of the industry I'm in, I'm very familiar with both. I'm not going to bad mouth either, but if it were me, I'd opt for Bayou Shadows. To me, the location is better.

Between the two, Bayou Shadows, but I'd look elsewhere.

If people pay it, is it really trying to hard?

I lived at bayou shadows. Not bad for an apartment complex. Of course it's been over a decade since then, but I am sure they've updated it since.

Diamond Lakes has a lot of trash in it now, not nearly the clientele of 20 years ago. Same for Bayou Shadows but more college students and not as much trash. Go w/ Bayou Shadows.

I would look into The Landing. It will be around the same price as the other too but in a nice part of town.

despite all of the sword fighting and pissing contests that go on here, Lafayette is one of the most underrated and coolest towns in this state, in a lot of states actually, it's a great place
