In Lafayette. Anyone ever live at one of these? Looking for good/bad things about them. How management is etc. thanks

Bayou Shadows would be my choice between those 2.
ETA: Bayou Shadows is more centrally located. The part of Ambassador where Diamond Lakes is located is kind of meh.
ETA2: I've known quite a few people who have lived in Bayou Shadows, don't know anyone who's ever lived in Diamond Lakes.

Not that I'm aware of, maybe a pond with a fountain.
ETA: Just looked at Diamond Lakes on satellite, no lake or ponds.

there's a good chance, that place was crawling with young, horny, hotties, the local economy was booming, everybody was doing everybody, there was nothing you could catch that a little tetracycline couldn't take care of, it was awesome

You got a roommate? There are a couple of two bedrooms for rent near my place downtown. I believe one is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house for $1200. My neighbor is renting them out.

My GF(no pics) lives at Chateau Mirage near the mall. They brand new & really nice. One bedrooms are around $900/month
