I remember back in the day Strain Road Beach was the popular place to drink/party/play
stinky pinky and "just the tip" and whatnot
I also remember one off Perkins between Seigen and Bluebonnet, back behind one of those neighborhoods you crossed over some railroad tracks and it led you to a lake w/ a rope swing, etc
Any others that I've overlooked that might still be around today?

you are referring to the "bar pit",
which 30 years ago was where the Lowes on Seigen would be, approximately.
Saw a guy rope swing in to lake only to slice his leg almost half way off.
Some previous assholes had thrown some metal chairs in to the lake and this guy landed on one of them......
Haven't done any rope swinging since......

We used to mud ride and have bonfires on the property that is now the mall of la. there was a tree line on Bluebonnet that had a trail through it and would open up to a big field. Thems were the days.

No, I'm thinking of a different one... it was further down Perkins, near the post office, but on the opposite side of the road.

Behind St. George school was the shite...had a zip line as well as the rope swing. Think the pond is still there?

The one I'm thinking of was close to where Dunham is now
