I get what you are saying because I don't drink much, take perceptions or even smoke weed anymore but just imagine if weed was legal.

Not only could these worthless cops have been re assigned to an actually preventing crime. All the time spent on this court case would be given back and not wasted. And by the way you are paying for all this shite. And idk about you but I would rather not pay cops to do that or waste all this money on the trail in the courts. i would like some better roads and infrastructure.

I understand and I don't necessarily think you're "wrong" but the fact remains, it isn't legal. Some piece of shite with 6lbs of weed can doesn't deserve to be babied right now. Screw him. Why doesn't he do something productive with his life?

Let's be real here. Weed isn't hurting the community. Heroin? Violent crime? Sure. Just because it's the law doesn't mean that's the best one to enforce at the moment. I mean if you want to look at other ridiculous laws on the books that aren't enforced, there's plenty, like being charged with obscenity for cussing or sodomy for getting a BJ from your wife. There's no shortage of stupid laws, this is one of them.

Easy case. Legal search because the driver consented.

He was being productive. He was bringing people weed.

Sounds like a self motivated entrepreneur.

Plenty of successful people smoke the non-toxic non-addictive plant. It's legality has nothing to do with any harm the plant itself causes. A shameful law like this deserves zero respect.

That's interesting. The Supreme Court has ruled that use of thermal imaging devices outside of the house is unconstitutional without a warrant

Apparently you didn't read the article. It came from an address known to be in the dope business. That the first strike. Then acted in a suspious manner, the."heat check." But all of that doesn't matter. He consented to the search. Kind of loose your rights when you consent, even after the police lie to you. Which by the way is completely leagal.

How much to hire you as my lawyer?
