I tried to run but I just fell on my arse. I'm waiting to be attacked and be eaten alive by the 2 oz bat, but he must have been intimidated by my tightly wrapped towel and me crawling away like a cat on ice... so he turned away.

I can't help but cringe when I read this or some of his post. I can be crude and a dumbass but I feel sorry for the females he talks to and about on here sometimes.

Seriously dude, I would start checking your attic and keeping an eye out for other bats around the outside of the house. They will enter the house in gaps in the soffit and get get in between brick or siding and insulation. There can be relatively no sign of them in the attic. If you go outside at dusk, usually around 7pm, you can see them exiting to feed. You can also hear them scratching around in the walls before and after entering and exiting.

I'm speaking from experience

They must like to come in houses in March! 2 years ago they(4!) made their way into my home.

The first one I found dead in my son's closet. The second was hanging in my white drapes. We sat around watching tv and didn't see it hanging until I went into kitchen and looked out those windows. We freaked out and ran. Pest control company came and sucked it up in my dyson. Looked in both attics, no smell, no bats, no clue where they came from.

A few days later I walked into the kitchen and another freaking bat is hanging from an air vent! I almost had a heart attack.

We had to call some guy I found online who specializes in bats and he found where they were coming from and a hole was left above my cabinets(12' ceilings) that we couldn't see and that's how they came into the house.

I've killed 5 in my house and gotten another 3 out a door in the past 9 months... Tennis racket is the best weapon.. If they tire out they will find a place to land.. Hope for the floor as it's easy to walk up on one and drop a towel on it.. The bat guy has been at my house repeatidly getting them out of their nesting spots.. They love brick houses and get in the space between the bricks and backboard..
