I doubt it was the intent of the "experts" to pander, but I think it is a case of the Advocate asking their opinions, and using creative editing to advance its agenda.
THIS is the correct answer. Y'all should be arguing less about the facts and experts statements and instead be asking why the Advocate was motivated to create such a crap piece of (I was going to say Journalism but this is more) tabloid trash.
I was interviewed for 30 minutes a while back for a story and they ended up using two lines of what I said and made my statements appear opposite of my position. I was VERY clear throughout the interview where I stood on the subject and it came out the other way in the piece. I was livid and the Editor didn't seem to care one bit when I got in touch.
The Advocate has 100% lost any semblance of journalistic integrity and, just as bad IMO, there were multiple typos in the story online. It was obviously a feature piece and not some two paragraphs they threw together on the laptop for the website. How do you not proof read and correct typos. It's just plain sad what passes for news these days.

Why in the world would 5 experts, basically all of them feel the need to pander to anyone? That makes no sense.
Who says they're experts? Or are they just mouthpieces for hire?

If you answered his question, just screenshot it. Or link it. Or quote it.
Do anything other than respond like a little brother sitting in the back of the minivan, saying "Yes, I did! Yes, I did!"
Good Lord, man.

Actually, when it comes to policing, they only want black cops who live in black neighborhoods to provide protection. And those black cops shouldn't arrest anyone because it makes statistics racist.

It's not my fault he didn't read the thread, he's a big boy, he can do it. I don't have to do it for him.
It's strange that you expect me to go out of my way to do that, but you don't expect him to, I don't know, read the thread and stop blindly saying "No, you didn't" when yes I did. Wondering what's your thought process on that one?
Hell, I even said it was my "official" stance.

Try not to be wrong so much next time, it'll be a better look for you.

I see you're still melting
Do you normally cry over and over and over stating a person did or didn't say something in a thread you didn't read? Just wondering if that's normal, seems like an odd thing to do.

What I'm trying to figure out right now, and it's close.
1. If you're really that naïve to keep telling me I didn't do something over and over without actually checking to see if I did it.
Or
2. You found the post that proved you wrong, but you're in too deep at this point so you've decided to just chug along.
I'm gonna go with 1, because if it were 2, I'd guess you woulda just stopped replying to me in hopes that me calling you out for being wrong would quietly go away.

You've wasted more time dancing with me than it would take to simply answer the question so I'm treating you like the worthless little troll you are.

But hey, don't let being wrong get in the way, keep shouting it from the rooftops, maybe if you say it enough times, it'll magically come true!!!
I'm embarrassed for you right now, this is a really bad look. I mean, crying because I won't do your work for you, good times!!!

If they would not have tased him and it ended up in him being shot, everyone would be wondering why they didn't try to taser him first
One of the comments on FB was that he was not resisting after being tased, it was muscle reactions from the taser.
Just like he didn't have a gun, oh, he did but it was for protection only.

Troll status: Confirmed
Not sure I've ever seen someone be wrong with so much enthusiasm like 3 or 4 times in a thread, then ask someone else to the work for them when all you had to do was read, then call the other guy a troll for not holding your hand and walking you over to the post that shows you were wrong.
I'm basically a troll because you were too lazy to read...on a message board...where all you can do is read.
OT gonna OT!!!
