I have two suggestions.

1. Atlanta. If you go in early February, there is a football game in the downtown area you could attend. Tons of stuff to do if you stay near the game site.

2. Patagonia. Fly fishing, hiking, boating, drinking, horse riding. Everything's cheap and it's the off season in places like Bariloche--ski resorts in winter. Means there are tons of nice places to say and you can book whatever you want booked.

Overrated- Nashville. Why for a bachelor party? If you are single maybe, but Nashville is very overrated as a place to visit. My wife is from there, I spend like 4 weekends or more a year. I enjoy the downtown, but it's really nothing spectacular for more than 1 night.

My suggestions:
1. Portland- great beer, people watching, and great strip clubs. Amazing strip clubs actually

2. Chicago- well shite, feb will be cold as shite. So nevermind.

3. Ok- then tampa- hit the beach, bang some 70 year old gilfs, and great strip clubs.

4. Bach parties outside of strip clubs are underrated imo. Get a cabin, a couple coolers of beer, and some fishing in.

Tampa is my first choice. Cheap direct flight from NOLA and ATL, great entertainment, sports - hockey, football, and baseball, beach, Busche Gardens roller coasters, warm weather, fishing etc.

Cruise - usually there are far more bachelorette parties than bachelor parties on each cruise. Makes it extremely easy to mingle. Drink packages brings down the cost. No fear of drinking and driving etc.

If one party is already divorced, just go camping or something.

Bogalusa. You can tour the paper mill, then explore the night life.

The Den Lounge. Venice, LA. Beware of oyster fisherman though, been known to check knucks even without sonic
