Seems like Cancun would be fun for that kind of event.

N.O. is great that time of the year.

I've had a damn good time in Key West for a bachelor party. If you like to party, fish, and eat at good restaurants, etc, it might be for you guys.

Forgot to mention that the majority of us are from New Orleans. However, we are scattered for work from the East Coast to Texas

NYC.

Direct flights are cheap. Party in a different neighborhood every night - it's like being in a different city each night.

I've done bachelor parties in NYC twice, and had a blast.

I know I made a Scores joke to you in the past week but I forgot what it was based on.

Miami is another viable choice. Didn't go there for a Bachelor Party but with 4 friends from my first job. 3 very fun nights.

this would be my preference as well...that is why I asked...

sounds like something centered around a day or two of saltwater fishing would be the thing to do...

you know what the normal fishing destinations are, so you just have to pick one that suits the group...

you could do anything from tuna trips off hawaii to renting a camp at grand isle and fishing speck and redfish with a guide for several days...I have done them all and they are all a blast...

locales that jump out at me would be Key West, Cabo, Cancun, etc...if you want to stay a little closer to home, get a camp at grand isle or cocodrie and take some combination of speck/redfish and bottom fishing trip with a guide...

ETA: check out PTbob's key west fishing video on the outdoor board

There was a thread a month or two ago on this, and a few guys made a solid case for Costa Rica.

God I hope my friends and I aren't like this eventually, but still Cabo. It's got great restaurants, great beaches, great scenery, and the best deep sea fishing on Planet Earth. Unless you and your friends are complete bores, I don't see how Cabo wouldn't be a great choice for a bachelor party.

If and when I get married, it will without question be there. It's got everything you can possibly want in a bachelor party. It's cheap, it has beaches, bars, bad arse cheap beach houses, good restaurants, great golf, hookers, booze, drugs, bitches, deep sea fishing, and end it all in a whale watching tour coked out of your mind. It's the perfect bachelor party location, unless you don't like having fun, and if not, just don't do a bachelor party in the first place.

I've heard these two are very close in the running. My uncle had his bachelor's party there and had a blast. Never been there, but I've been to Cabo.

Two guys did the work here, but sometimes a vocal minority wins.
