Why go into a 3 way contract? It's you, your spouse, and the government in the contract now. Get the government out of it.

Um....all contracts involve the government. If two people make a contact, and one person breaks it, the other person can take legal recourse against the first person. And that legal recourse occurs through.......wait for it.......

The government.

I'm sorry but your post makes no sense whatsoever.

So, we should all go through the govt before we break up with someone?

Yeah... That makes sense

not the same thing. a marriage contract is a government license. that is unlike normal 2-party contracts

people break/dissolve contracts and resolve the issue outside of government all the time (the vast majority of the time, mind you)

it is impossible to break/dissolve a government-based marriage without permission of the 3rd party/government

I'd like to think you would shoot for the 30%, but if you don't have any game at all I could see that being a problem.

Of course, but it is easier said than done. You're competing with 7 dudes per chick. Who thinks investing more time into dating is more important than investing time into work, side businesses, family, gym, outdoor activities, etc? It takes exponentially more effort to date 7s+ than only 5 - 10 years ago.

I kige this. I have other things in my life. If it's meant to be, I'll come across the right girl during my normal routine.

Is this rhetorical or an actual question? I would argue that these things you listed all have a mate selection rationale to them. In other words it is not a question of two distinct choices, but those other time consumptive activities support your ability to select and find a mate.
