I don't get the obsession some people have with expelling gas. Its a human function that we all have to deal with but it should be dealt with in a respective manner. And I don't understand people who laugh at "fart jokes".

the true test of strength comes, when you inhale it during a heavy rep............and keep it in as long as possible to try and get some of the protein yourself.
