off topic but I hate when I have to call someone in a business setting or any setting in general and they have a damn ring back tone. I really have no desire to talk to them but have to for business, but now I am having to listen to fricking Luke Bryan while waiting on them to pick up. It is 1a on my unprofessional gripes list with 1b being a damn hotmail account.

Yes one of my maintenance contacts at a large paper company has one on what I assume is a company phone. I know of a few more.
