If she's going to be leasing again she'd be better off to stick with BMW. They lease a lot better than Audi's b/c BMW inflates the residual.

If she's dead set on Audi, the A6 is a great car, I have one in fact, but depreciation on Audis is downright horrifying. I'd strongly urge you/her to look for a 1-2 year old used CPO one rather than lease or buy new.

i was actually price shopping them today... Q7 for sale so i was curious... found tires for $280-$400 a piece for those 21" tires. Problem is how long they last... maybe get 30k out of them.

That's what I suggested. I've never bought new, nor leased. and she always has the nicer car. But I'm closer to retiring - ha.

Congrats. She now gets more BBC with that Audi. They will love driving her around in that nice car.

She's driven about 7000/yr. I offered to let her drive my chevy truck (which just site in the driveway) and she refused.

Audi's average $500/tire, or so I'm told.

Who told you this? A BMW/Merc salesman?

Have an a6.

Have had 0 issues with it, tires are around 350 each. Oil change lasts 12k miles I think?

Not sure why you're coming here bitching about it hoping to get some validation from the OT about thinking it's a bad decision.

If you went to Germany and claimed a M series was better than AMG you would get openly laughed at.
