Fact: if you wait tables, you are poor

Food board.
Also, duck.
Also, duck.

They guy making fries doesn't get tips. Waiters know the pay going in and still made the choice.

You sound like the type that orders a well done steak at Denny's and sends it back for being over cooked.
You truly do not have a grasp on food service. When you have a problem, you ask a manager to fix it, you don't stiff the server.

You sound like a pleasant person.
2,3 and 4 are actually out of the server's control. Those are things that should be taken up with the manager or the chef. How can you hold someone accountable for something that is out of their control? You really hold the server accountable for the hostess giving you an incorrect wait time...before you're even seated in their section?
You sound like a bitch saying that someone has zero skills and that they deserve to make $2.13. At least they are working.
I'm sure that they hope that you never get seated in their section.

Not true at all.
What about servers who have three table sections in restaurants with an average $250 per table bill.
If you have 2.5 tables an hour, and work four days a week and take three weeks off, you still have like $140,000. High end servers can make bank.
(this assuming you average 18% tips, which is the standard not 15%)

I do ask the manager to fix the problem and I also hold the waiter responsible for the overall experience. Again I will not tip blindly because you chose to be a waiter. The waiter is responsible for the overall experience. At Whataburger the girl delivers my food, replenishes my drink, and gives me ketchup. I don't tip her and you are no different.

Sounds like you had some conviction about not tipping the waiter. I've really never understood people like you who have it out for the waiters... waiters are typically people who do not have much money, and they work really long and terrible hours. I always tip unless they are purposely rude, which rarely happens.
In summary, go frick yourself OleDoucheSkuleAlum

Makes them feel big and important.
"Let me hold this money over you peasant! I'm going to be a dick to you because you have to be nice to me!"
Says a lot about a person.

How was the catfish at Perkins today?

you should go to golden corral, you don't have to tip..plus it sounds like you'll fit in well there

Why would you tip for someone doing their job? Do you tip the pilots for getting you to your destination on time? Do you tip your doctor for prescribing you the correct medicine to make you feel better? Do you tip the police officer ensuring your safety?
The answer to all the above is no. Why? Because they are simply doing their job. Waiters are no different.
