This is in Cobb County. More death penalties are handed out here than anywhere in Georgia. There will be no mercy.

So people are saying the wife was in on it too?

And about his reddit use.. I read stuff all the time on reddit. I've seen videos of executions, read sketchy shite too. Was he actually searching it, or just reading things that came across?

That including the other evidence, along with the fact that his son died in a car is what seperates him from you.

I hope you're right, but for now, I wouldn't be surprised to see an acquittal.
It's shocking to me that you wouldn't be surprised if there was an acquittal with all of this evidence. I would suspect jury tampering if any other outcome were to occur.

quote:

Justin Ross Harris, the father of the 22-month-old Cobb toddler who died after being left in the family’s SUV for seven hours, instructed family members on what they needed to do to collect proceeds from an insurance policy on the boy, new documents released Friday revealed.

“Through the investigation Harris has made comments to family members regarding a life insurance policy that he has on Cooper and what they need to do in order to file for it,” search warrant affidavits obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution stated.

As a father of 1.5 kids (one on the way), it blows my mind how fricking careless, selfish, and irresponsible a lot of parents can be. And that's giving this piece of shite the benefit of the doubt. If he did orchestrate this whole thing with his wife, both of those sickos can burn in hell for eternity.

Can admin or the Original poster update the OP. The info below would be a good start.

quote:

1. He wanted to live life without a child
2. He did research on death by heat in a car
3. He did research on how to survive prison.
4. He sent explicit messages and photos to multiple women. One of the females Harris sexted was 17
5. He lied about how the child looked when he saw him.
6. His wife asked him if he said too much to the police.
7. Here's a qoute from an articlequote:
The detective also raised some points about the wife's behavior in his testimony. He said that employees at the day care center said that when she went to pick up her son and was told her husband hadn't drop off Cooper that morning, she said moments later, "Ross must have left him in the car."8. Here's a quote from another articlequote:
The officer also said that he clearly heard a phone call between Leanna Harris and her mother in which Cooper's grandmother was distraught over the news of the boy's death and asked her daughter, "Why aren't you crying?" Leanna Harris replied, "I must be in shock," Stoddard said.

Did I read this correctly from an earlier post? $27,000?

He took the child out for $27,000? I wouldn't do it for $27 billion. I'd love to take this guy, beat the hell out of him and strap him in a hot car until he melts. I can't get over this crap.

From all the new evidence, I sure hope the prosecutors there are able to prove that this dude and his wife planned this without reasonable doubt.

If I were the wife, I would hate him, even if it was an accident. I wouldn't even be able to say I loved him over the phone like she did at the funeral, accident or other. It would take me forever to forgive him. I would also not have assumed that the child was left in the car from the beginning like she did at the daycare. Any sane mother would've been freaking out and called her husband immediately to ask where the child was.

Oh - and Harris received an email from the daycare stating that Cooper wasn't dropped off the day the child was left in the car. Not sure if he actually opened the email. Though he did have his phone on him, and most everyone has his/her emails on his phone.

My question is - why didn't both daycares call them when Cooper didn't show? Most daycares call the mother and father and even secondary emergency contact if a child doesn't show up for daycare as planned since most daycares request that you let them know if the child will be out. It's typical protocol for daycares to call, text, and email (three points of contact) to ask about the whereabouts of the child if the kid doesn't show up. Huge ball dropped on the part of the daycare if it didn't do this, as it would be further evidence of the Harrises intentions and the daycare would've covered its liability.

I forgot to bring both my infant daughter to daycare, and grade schools daughters to school, realizing only when I got to work. Mind must have been overwhelmed with work. Figured it out and went back to school/daycare. DA is overcharging this guy.

Were you surfing web for info on how long it takes animals and humans to die in a hot car? How about surfing child-free lifestyle forums?

You realized it when you got to work and his child is dead. Do you know the rest of the evidence against this guy?

My kids daycare does not unfortunately. The public school does but not until later in the day after school.

You, quite obviously haven't read everything about the case. This guy didn't forget a damn thing other than how to be a piece of shite human.
