Just got the text from AT&T.

I think the settlement involves 3rd party erroneous charges on your bill.
We in the money y'all !!

I'm sure I would get a refund.
At one point I was getting charged 10 dollars a month for some random subscription. When I called them they couldn't tell me what it was, but refunded me and blocked it.

Started getting these around thanksgiving. They come every few weeks. And i keep submitting!! I was with cingular and have had plenty of family with lines on my plan since the begining of at&t. Im expecting more thsn you guys!

So how does this work? Do you have to prove you were falsely charged for something? Or just any AT&T customer can apply because the issue was so widespread?
