Why do people find stereotypes, that are usually based in reality, offensive when anonymous people use them but aren't offended when Eddie Murphy or Chris Rock play up to them to the tunes of millions of dollars of profit for their own gain. The double standard has always baffled me.

I hate flat out ignorant racism and classifying whole races because of a few bad apples ridiculous. There are plenty of people in all races to be embarrassed about but I admit I find stereotypes fricking hilarious no matter what race they are about including white people.
