Definitely agree with hitting up French Broad Chocolate Lounge. Agree on the creme brûlée as well.
Additionally, if you get there on a Friday, go into town and check out the drum circle/jam. Bunch of people banging drums; kind of cool if you aren't too up tight. I went rafting as well as ziplining (Navitat). I highly recommend a food tour (Eating Asheville). Battery Park library was a nice visit too. Of course Biltmore if you have time; but there is a lot to see. Just walk around town and take in the culture as there is a lot.
