No. I have verizon but someone at work has no service and said 4 towers are down

They have towers down in Cutoff/ Galliano also.

Two Eatel 10G Circuits went down. The impacted sites serve Gonzales, New Orleans, Chalmette, Galliano and Port Fourchon, Louisiana.

Eatel circuits didn't go down. AT&T equipment did. Eatel brings AP, LP, and Lafourche cell traffic to AT&T's New Orleans site, and that site lost equipment.
