When I was in opelousas high band these kind of shite bands would let us play halftime at their stadium because they knew nobody wanted to see their boring arse routines. They would play after the game to an empty stadium.

Dude Scotlandville's band blew them out like 8 days ago. Granted they didn't have much to play about because their football team is horrible

Yes. Show bands. Whom play out of tune, just blast as loud as they can, and who's drumline sounds like a 5 year old banging on pots and pans, are the worst.
They just try to be as loud as possible. Who cares if you're out of tune if you're loud. Who cares if your bass line sounds like shite, as long as they hit the drum as loud as they can't. Snares? Who gives a shite if they're choppy af. They're loud! And they do little dances!

It's cool. You like music that sounds like complete shite. You enjoy listening to dirty arse drumlines and a band who can't play in tune to save their daddies lives.
No one's judging you for what you like to listen to. But to sit here and say that show bands don't sound like shite is laughable.
Out of tune. Choppy. And not in time = sound like shite. Even if you are the loudest around.
