I've had a smoke every morning with my coffee for more than 15 years.
Love to smoke after I eat. And love to smoke after sex.
But I'm quitting. Had 2 smokes yesterday. Maybe 2 the day before that. Using the e cig.
It's hard so far, but I think I can do it.

i did the same thing for several years after i quit.
i quit in march of 2008, still crave them every once in a while
