Are you allowed to store a utility trailer in your front yard in Baton Rouge?

I think the law is in driveway it's okay, but can't be in the grass.
In deed restricted areas it must be fully behind a fence.

I don't think anyone would care if it's there for a few days

Curious how the rules are there.

I tried to park my work truck at home one day, got lunch and stayed home. Got a warning from the County, something about a commercial truck.

When in Florida, we had magnetic dealios for side of trucks, so when we were done we could take them off and not get fined for commercial in residential.

in Southdowns

Permanently stored in front yard but on side of house. A few neighbors are tired of seeing it there.

Just curious if I can call the landlord and have his tenant move the trailer

Its annoying and I told some of the other neighbors that I believe its actually illegal and that i would call the landlord to have his tenant remove the trailer

I believe the ebr metro council temporarily changed a city ordinance after the flood that allows people to have trailers on their property. It's parish wide so you may be out of luck right now. Some one can correct me if I'm wrong

I love when conservative cities pass micromanaging laws to hurt small business.

which is why I am asking if it was illegal because i thought it was.

It just sits basically between our houses. I have spoke to a few other neighbors across the street and they dont like it. They find it trashy and eye sore as well.
