Night person. Which is why I like working from home. Aside from meetings, I can get a lot done after everyone in the house goes to bed, and I can sleep in a little the next morning if I feel like it.

Depends on what the work schedule is..
I'd I gotta wake up and be at work by 7am. You better believe I'm gonna be awake by 4:30 and have the shower/first cup of coffee done by 6am.
If I dint have to be awake till later, I'm getting all the shut eye a man can get

I work out at 5:30 am and hate it most days. If it were up to me I'd work from home from about noon until whenever I fall asleep.

Morning. If i have stuff to do, i love getting it done early. I feel like if i sleep past 6, half the day is over

Morning person all the way.
Have been getting up at 5:30 am since I was 18. I also run on about 5-6 hours of sleep consistently.
My wife hates it, I'm the type who is happy as hell the minute my feet hit the ground in the morning.
Beyond 4pm I want to veg out, not talk, not think. Unless I'm drinking.
