I'm not one to follow conspiracy theories and all, but certain groups and events are making a good case for this...

First, why are Federal agencies being so heavily armed now? Especially ones that don't need to be. Second, a coworker was telling that he was doing some reading on some - lets just say - "groups" that heavily support the current administration are planning on creating chaos - maybe starting as early as AUG or SEPT - so that martial law can be evoked and king nobama can get a third term.

Make sense? Stupid? Possible? Tin foil hat time? Discuss...

Before that happens, I think we should jump the gun and descend into total anarchy for about a year, then all at once, go back to normal. Then, a previously agreed-upon spokesman calls the fat cats in Washington and says "Ok, now do we have your attention?". Maybe then we'll actually have a say in our own government again

I didn't say I believed it, just wanted to hear some thoughts as I thought my coworker was quite entertaining...

You actually entertained that idea to be true? You should head to the political talk. You'll fit right in.

Not enough people willing to get off the couch to cause enough chaos to call for martial law.

Please establish which Federal agencies are arming up at higher rates, and if they are how that is inconsistent with their functions.

Republican convention will be heavily protested and there will be violence. Fluffypuff and her band of merry transgenders will have a field day.
