We're only one more European skirmish away from shite totally hitting the proverbial fan I believe.

There is constant war in the Middle East.

-Iraq is a Muslim civil war clusterfrick
-Turkey vs. PKK
-Turkey vs. ISIS
-Syrian Civil War
-ISIS vs. EVERYBODY
-Israel vs. Palestine
-Lebanon Muslims vs. Hezbollah Muslims
-Palestinians backed by Iran vs. Palestinians backed by Saudi Arabia/Egypt

This has spilled over into N. Africa

-Egypt vs. Sinai Rebels
-Egpyt Civil War (Muslim Brotherhood vs. whoever is left)
-Libya Civil War
-Algeria vs. AQIM Rebels
-Tunisia is a terror target
-Western Sahara is on shaky ground

Staying in Africa

-Nigeria vs. Boko Haram
-Sudan vs. Darfur
-Congo vs. Congo vs. Congo vs. other part of Congo vs. N. Congo
-Ebola vs. the poors & medical professionals
-Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Cameroon govt's all facing rebel factions.
-Zimbabwe vs. white people
-Mozambique vs. rebel faction

Back up the eastern coast of Africa we go...

-Somalia still basically lawless
-Rwanda and Burundi still have issues
-South Sudan determined to be independent of Sudan
-Madagascar having violence associated w/ impeaching their President
-Mozambique facing rebels
-Eritrea vs Djibouti

Back to the Arab Nations

-Major civil war in Yemen
-Bahrain is having unrest
-Saudi Arabia is fighting their Al-Qaeda strongholds to save face to the world despite funding the radical clerics

To Asia...

-Afghanistan is a near 40 year clusterfrick
-Pakistan has Taliban held areas where they have their own 3rd Nation between the areas they hold in Paki and Afghi
-India vs. Pakistan is simmering
-Sri Lankan Civil War vs. the Tamils may officially be over, but there's still lingering issues
-India vs. Naxalites from Nepal
-Nepal vs. Maoists
-Myanmar is having problems w/ pro-democracy groups and civil war
-There's unrest in Thailand
-The Phillipines have been fighting Muslim terror groups for a while now
-N.Korea vs. S.Korea
-China vs. Uighars
-China vs. safety regulations
-China vs. not eating shite oil (gutter oil)
-China vs. items on the top shelf
-China vs. practical resource management
-China vs. not hyperpoluting the Earth

The Old Bear is trying to rise

-Russia vs. frick You America
-Russia vs. Ukraine
-The Caucasus Region is acting like a drunk in a bar fighting his friends
-Moldova has some rebel issues

In W. Europe....

-Spain vs. Basque and Catalan independence movements
-Europe vs. Muslim immigrants
-Greece threatening EU economies

Then in the Western Hemisphere

-Mexico now ran by drug cartels who fight amongst themselves
-Mexico vs. drug rebels in the South
-USA vs. USA citizens
-USA police vs. USA citizens
-Pussy USA citizens vs. Good USA citizens
-EBT card carrying USA citizens vs. NRA card carrying USA citizens
-USA women vs. USA everybody not themselves
-Haiti vs. Not being corrupt at every imaginable level
-Columbia vs. FARC rebels
-Venezuela vs. cartels
-Carribean countries vs. USA IRS & FBI
-Chile & Argentina have governments that are shaky

Damn life is good for Arms makers and dealers.

There's very places on this planet that aren't experiencing conflict and political unrest. Wonder what it would take to spark off a true global conflict this time.

We are living in basically the most peaceful era in human history (save maybe the 90s). When WWIII rolls around, you're not going to question it. Only a total wuss who doesn't know shite about war thinks this is WWIII.

Some would say we are living in Revelation 1:1, so I would think WW III would be an understatement.

Still, as modern as trench warfare was in WW I and II, no country would send troops by the thousands to pull an all-out-attack when the first nuke is thrown. I mean, yeah...we have troops stationed here and there, but when the first nation decides to throw a granddaddy on someone else, deployment of troops isn't exactly what will help.

And thus it has ever been. If you want to understand the history of mankind, know the history of war.

You put way too much time into a post that can be casually and accurately dismissed with 'no.'
