Maybe not if you are riding in them and get to throw stuff at the trashy people?

You overpaid for your house in Brentwood

People wanna be closer to Nashville now, and don't give me shite about schools because you're too poor to afford private

Lol. I bought my house in 2010 bad. Didn't overpay and get a free private school across the street that we can walk to.

I didn't mean to upset you

Simply saying Brentwood sucks unless you're off granny white-ish

What area are your townhomes?

Yes they are, unless they throw moon pies. Then it's first class.

Let's see:

I live about 50 feet from the Little Harpeth River and over 19 miles miles of paved trails. I can go to the library, 3 great parks, fitness center, and a 3 schools via this same trail system. Aforementioned schools are the best in the state.
Property values are going up rapidly
There is no retail in my immediate area surround my neighborhood
I live two seconds from the Nashville Golf and Athetic Club
It's quiet and safe
I'm 3 miles from any retail shop I could think of and a very large office park of 50 buildings that house regional and national headquarters
I'm 25 minutes from downtown Nashville and 10 minutes from Maryland Farms.

It's pretty ideal for this stage of my life.
