James is a great teacher and a great guy. but for someone only looking to spend 400 dollars on clubs I feel like this is a bit of a reach.
They were still building out the bay and everything last time I was at TCC. it's done and everything? World class seems like a stretch unless they did a ton out there
If you are serious about your game, the extra $100-$150 to get a great fitting seems reasonable to me.
As far as the facility goes, and this is just what James has told me, the combination of he equipment he has out there doesn't exist except for a very VERY small percentages of places in the country. He has coaches from all over the world coming in to check it out seems like weekly. Tigers coach is coming soon to check it out and talk to the members in the next few weeks. But it's my club so I'm a homer.

I didn't make this opening but I've had a few lessons/fittings in it. So I don't k ow about world class bc I haven't really been anywhere else lol. But it's pretty freaking awesome. There's 2 teaching bays, a fitting room, and putting room, all the tech available that's out there at this Point and time.

I'm sure y'all play titleist or mizuno to feel cool and so everyone thinks you're a player right? Fact is mp's and non ap1 titleists are not bad clubs for low handicappers (<5), which is a very small minority.
Here's the only numerical ranking I could find. Callaway #1 players irons (apex, apex pro) and #2 gi (xr). LINK

I don't know of any advice I gave on that subject but maybe it helped I'm either on like a tour star or putting like Thibbothy woods

I am sure he has top equipment out there. I thought you meant as a practice facility in whole. I get what you are saying now. Didn't mean to come off as talking shite. I like TCC haven't been out there in like 6 months now sadly
Tots - I personally hate callaway irons. I would suggest looking at Taylor made. Get a model or two old for cheap. they are long and very forgiving. If you have hit the callaways and like them go for it. I just hate the feel of all their products.
AP2 or die!!!!
