While in college when I worked at the gym I would make those Met-Rx shakes and using the chocolate with milk a scoop of PB and a Banana would taste as good as a milkshake.
The gym also had the pellet ice, which was key to making those shakes. Plus they were free.
Now that I'm old I go with the banana pudding milkshakes from CFA instead.
