Cruising USA was great too. Real steering wheel and gas/braked. You could intentionally hit a cow and watch it explode.
Daytona USA had two seats next to each other and you could be in the same race as the other person. I would try to smash them into the wall.
NBA Jam, NHL Open Ice, and NFL Blitz.

NBA Jam and Cruising USA would be my choices, both had cheat codes you could put in which I thought was awesome for arcade games.
I probably put the most quarters in Simpsons and the Ninja Turtles arcade games though. I hated when I got stuck as Marge with he vacuum cleaner. Worse than being luigi in SMB 2.

I always did the big head. Didn't affect gameplay but I enjoyed it for some reason.
