If you are not using rinse aid (ie jet dri) your dishes will not dry in ANY Bosch dishwasher (or any of the new dishwashers without heating element). Although since your dishwasher is 13 years old, I assume you have been using the jet dry or you would have had the problem from day one. Buy new dishwasher...
Fwiw, Bosch was rated "most reliable" in consumer reports last time I checked...13 years is way above the average life span for dishwasher.

"Dishwasher Correct Water Temperature. Water entering the dishwasher must be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and not more than 150 degrees Fahrenheit for the best cleaning and to prevent damage to the dishes."
Try bumping up the water heater temperature. They have a tendency to get lower with age.
Be careful not to scald the kids at bath time.

spending 200$ is not worth possibly repairing a 13 year old dishwasher. Get a new wife and get laid by new 0ne.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but aren't Bosch dishwashers supposed to also heat the water they use? The heating element referenced is just for drying, correct?

Have you found out why your wife is so pissed off that she isn't doing her chores?
The use of this joke before yours was more nuanced, but a decent effort nonetheless.

Yeah I measured with a thermometer. Water maxes at 110 degrees.
What do you have your water heater set at?

It's been set the same for years. This issue just started about two weeks ago. The sink next to the dishwasher gets near scalding.

most dishwashers are 120V so you are looking at a 20 amp circuit. so 1500w is going to be about the largest heating element you will see, and this is usually with nothing else running.
to actually dry your dishes, after the rinse cycle the heating element will come on to for a set time to dry the dishes. if heating cycle option is not set to come on, it will then need to drip dry or you will need to hand dry.
the water temp is based on your water heater setting, minus pipe heat loss from heater to dishwasher. try increasing you temp at the water heater. not too high if you have little kids because of scald risk. if older kids/no kids try 135-140
