well the "stats" become a single number, which is why it's singular in my mind

Maybe that is what GWB was thinking when he said, "Rarely is the question asked, is our children learning?"

If you can go to law school for free anywhere, why go where they treat you like shite and flunk you out in high percentages?
Lsu's attrition rate is well below the national average, and they are actually revamping the grading policy to get their attrition rate in line with other law schools.

it's not posters i'm worried about
if you break from the SJW dogmatic group think, SJWs go over any thing you've ever written to try and take snippets to display you as an x-ist

i notice that this story has no mention of the secret classes for minorities that existed, at the least, when i was a student at LSU law.
They are still there

The author is a pussy pice of shite. There is no institutional racism at LSU law. That guy earned a lot of enemies for good reason with that hack job.
His facebook is a piece of work, and the comments on his post linking this article are just as bad.

this is from his blog
i have never once in my life looked at my professors as a "role model".
they're a fricking teacher spewing stuff for you to learn

Ultimately, I fear Apprenticeship-Week-faculty homogeneity is a symptom of a greater illness—the Law Center’s systemic lack of commitment to diversity. As a result of the Law Center’s having a disproportionately low number of minority faculty members, racial minorities enrolled here have few positive role models with similar life experiences to help guide them through school and into the legal profession. The hundred-plus minority law students at LSU have three full-time faculty members to look to as role models whose life experiences and perspectives on the legal profession may be similar to the students’ own.

Come on, Bockrath continues to be my role model.
Posted on 12/21/14 at 12:59 pm to SlowFlowPro
The thing is, he is making all these claims about only one (using his own words) "token" black guy teaching apprenticeship week without knowing how many minorities the law school contacted to come teach. Those people volunteer to do that, and none of these people talking about it have any idea who was contacted. They just have a hunch that minority practitioners were not contacted.

is the cafepress site still up? i regret never buying a cofee cup
Posted on 12/21/14 at 1:02 pm to SlowFlowPro
Bockrath and Alston Johnson were my role models.
Posted on 12/21/14 at 1:03 pm to SabiDojo
I learned more in Johnson's fed courts class than I did in any other class in law school. That guy can teach his arse off.

i'll never forget the time i saw alston and spaht on a date at the chimes and/or varsity

Who cares what they think? I wouldn't do business with a SJW anyways so if they want to demonize me or try to drag my name through the mud go ahead.

That and his Conflicts class. <3
Posted on 12/21/14 at 1:05 pm to SlowFlowPro
Oh snap! I do know his wife passed and he finally remarried my last year of law school. That's when I noticed the ring, anyways.

I wasn't either. So many people dodged tough professors just because they didn't want to risk their ranking. That's what I want in an attorney....someone who is afraid of a challenge.

Conflicts
One of the best classes you can take at LSU. Lots of Fed Courts in there.
