Apartment complexes with huge advertising budgets

Seeing all of these new apartments go up around campus, I was wondering what are the apartments that are flooding campus with flyers and advertisements nowadays? The cottages were just getting off the ground as I graduated, but since the shooting I am sure it has lost popularity.

I don't know but after driving down burbank those things are popping up fast. There's way too many apartments going up and there's going to be some major issues with traffic over the next year. Will be avoiding that area soon cause of the clusterfrick that's bound to happen

I have no idea where they get the budgets they do. They give every greek house multiple baskets full of shite, please a ton of free food, and other crap throughout the year, not to mention all the crap they sponsor
