You do realize the majority that do this have some developmental delay, ASD, Down syndrome or people with special needs right?

There's really no way that most fully normal functioning adults would go there for a honeymoon without kids. Not the most socially appropriate thing imo

Disney is fun for adults too. If you haven't done an adults only trip to Disney you're missing out, there's a lot of fun things to do that you can't do with kids

For me, there's a difference between being able to have a good time somewhere vs. the destination truly being enjoyable.

I have zero doubt I could have a good time at Disney if for some reason I was to end up there. Hell, I've had fun in plenty of random places with much less to do. But I guess I just don't understand why you'd fly all the way to Orlando and spend hundreds, if not thousands, doing non-Disney things at Disney world.

I have zero interesting in characters and corny Disney shite, but if that's your thing, I'd understand it a whole lot more than someone telling me they went all the way to Disney to do wine tastings and eat at some okay restaurants. Those "fun things you can't do with kids" in Disney are the things you get to do the entire time you're on an adult vacation. So I guess I just don't get why you'd choose Disney to do them if you don't have kids with you..

The wife and I went on our honeymoon to WDW and have started bringing our kids there (ages 7 and 3). We purchased DVC points 3 years ago and now go annually. We are both successful and well adjusted and have fond memories of our honeymoon.

Why do you care?

Most adults who enjoy Disney like riding rides. Disney is a nicer destination than six flags for a honeymoon, I don't think that is up for debate. If you enjoy that type of thing where is a better place to experience it?

Most people who hate Disney like slower paced nature type stuff like hiking, fishing, hunting, or site seeing.

Nothing wrong with either. My wife loves roller coasters, my parents liked driving in a car looking at stuff, and I fall somewhere in between the two extremes.

Exclusive passes to what? I'd still rather be in a place where I don't need to go out of my way to find these "exclusive" adult activities.
