I wake up between 4-4:30 every morning. 30-45 minute Peloton workout, read for about 30 minutes and then try to just close my eyes and follow my breath for about 10-15 minutes. Then shower, breakfast and get to work at 7 M-T. Usually hit the bed around 8:30. It will become a habit and your body will adjust over time.

I think that's the main reason I don't like DST. I don't go to bed at 6:30 but I usually get in bed around 9 and read for 30 min. It just doesn't feel natural getting in bed like 30 minutes after the sun goes down

This is why i love winter and Standard Time. I have blackout curtains and it’s still hard to hit the sack when the sun is up.

The time shift in the Spring really fricks with my sleep. I dislike DST strongly.

Wait until you get old. It will happen automatically and you can't stop it.

Yep, I can confirm. The older you get, the ye ole prostate will wake you up a few times at night to drain the lizard.
