We didn’t have a proper shutdown in March/April. If the government was strict about the shutdown back then I feel like the virus wouldn’t be a major issue anymore

This is total bullshite

Other places like Italy and Germany have tried your total lock down AND IT DIDN'T WORK.

Stop with this nonsense.

You can't totally lock down everything. People would starve and freeze to death before you actually eradicate a virus by locking down

The cure can't be worse than the disease.

Lots of people around me testing positive.
I had it back in March but am concerned to get it again if it’s anything like what I had in March.
That was brutal

I’m uneasy about the government mandated lockdowns.

It's a fricking virus, not a locomotive. Mortality is low as hell, so instead of worrying about what every news sites going to say to scare you; go outside, live life and move on.

We've been hit the hardest and nothing seems to slow down. We've been on masks way too long. CNN, Fox, msnbc seem to never update or bring it up. You know, just uneasy.

I'm extremely worried Biden's going to shut most of the economy down. He kind of painted himself into a corner by criticizing Trump's handling on the virus so heavily during the campaign. Now he's won the job, and if he continues Trump's relatively laissez faire policies he'll just look like a big fat phony.

At least, that's my fear: that he'll have to do something different, and that will probably translate into a lockdown, plus a bunch of handouts to his supporters in an attempt to wallpaper over the resultant economic problems. Doesn't bode well for the dwindling percentage of us who still work for a living.
