Anyone signing up for DirectTv Now for the Free Apple Tv?

Just saw where DirectTv Now is offering a free Apple TV if you prepay for three months. I've been needing to buy an Apple TV since I recently moved anyway, so paying 105$ for the Apple TV and three months of Direct Tv Now seems like a no brainer to me.

I mentioned this on the Tech Board but make sure if you're doing it in person you're at a corporate ATT store and not a retailer.
I called the closest ATT store and they told me I'd be able to walk out with an AppleTV if I set up there. Not only did they not give me one but they set it up to where I wouldn't get one AT ALL. I went to the corporate store and I think they straightened it out, but who knows at this point.

Is DirectTV going to make it to where you don't have to rent a box from them but you can do it all from the Apple TV?
