Tom Osborne is my cousin. My great, great grandmother and his great grandmother were sisters. Take for what it's worth, but my grandfather and he were raised together.
I actually reached out the last time LSU was in Omaha (2015) and met up with his daughter and Tom and got a first class tour of the Nebraska facilities and then went visit the hometown where he and my grandfather were raised.
I know CSB, real shite though. Move on

My great-great grandfather was the doctor in Fort Worth. My dad has his journal which consists of mostly aiding whores and attempting to heal gunshot wounds. It is pretty damn cool.

In the 1920s there was a Dr Woodward in FW. He delivered a baby to a FW family, who named the child Woodward Ritter -- he later became known as country singer Tex Ritter, father of John Ritter
and Dr Woodward's own son grew up to be western character actor Morgan Woodward
