Anyone read any books that helped you quit smoking?

Like books specifically about quitting smoking or a random arse book? I don't know how these things are correlated.

I quit smoking cold turkey by just quitting buying cigs. I tried everything and finally just got sick of spending so much money, always having to go into the gas station, etc. Good luck!

Couple of friends of mine read a book about smoking and what it does to the body and that helped them above everything else quit.

I read some of it but it did nothing.

There are a shite load of books out there on quitting.

The easiest way is to start dipping instead.

I have no experience with such books, but take a look at quitting smoking timelines. They really put things in perspective. There are ones that extend way past this one, obviously.

I used this same video to quit smoking. It works if you have an open mind and are serious about it. Good luck

I quit and don't miss it. I loved smoking. You only feel crappy for two weeks. You can do it and you will be so happy you did!!!!
