Only a penalty if you get caught. Prolly good if you say it had a gun and an empty ankle holster though.

All you need is a batteau, a spot light, duct tape, a thick wooden paddle, 1 friend and a case of beer. Spotlight that bad boy, get up on him, hit him in the head with the paddle, drag him in the boat, tape up that mouth and haul him off.

And then drop him off outside the Triple S Food Mart, but be sure to weaken the tape on his mouth so he can break it shortly after you leave.
