At first I was against upgrading NBR. Now, I wish they would get a new ER, new whatever, and especially I wish they add a bunch of new housing with incentives to have folks move back over there.

My sister (no pics) is trying to head I-10 west. Went to get off at Essen and you absolutely cannot go right towards Jefferson. Either stay on I-10 or take Perkins.
