Anyone know of any competent furniture stores

in BR. Ordered from rooms2go a loveseat and sofa. They deliver the loveseat on a dolley and then refuse to take the sofa up the stairs. They pre approve me for a relselection but what am I going to reselect another couch? lol. We are going to be in the same predicament of moving the couch up the stairs. It's like a seinfeld episode. They know how to sell the furniture but they cannot deliver the furniture.

Are you having an issue with getting something up your stairs or are you dissatisfied with the product? If you cannot get your money back (I assume you must have financed it since you used Rooms To Go), then ask your girlfriend to help you carry it upstairs.
