Anyone know if you can get to the highland exit I-10 west?

You have legs, presumably.

LA511 page shows red/closed. But says that Airline is open.

yes it looks like you have to get off there.



Google Maps with traffic of the area

Google maps is pretty accurate when it comes to these closures. it's especially helpful when zoom in and you can see exactly how to get on some bridges going both directions using one side and so on. example was 310 bridge this morning.

Elevated parts are closed.

Because the interstate is closed past the exit. If the highland exit was closed than you would see the interstate as red all the way to the Dutchtown/Geismar entrance/exit.
