Anyone know about spiders?

I just got home and noticed on my back door a small pack of tiny spiders and clustered together. They are small with red bodies and thin black legs. Anyone have any idea what kind this is and/or if they are poisonous?

I was in the shower and looked down and one was crawling up my leg. It was about the size of a quarter, though.

Sounds like Red Mite Spiders.
They typically live in the dark areas under your bed and are nocturnal. They are they ones known for crawling in your mouth and ears while you sleep and laying their eggs.
Weird they are on your back door, though.
