Most employees at a Contract or Private prison are truly horrible people.

I have always liked Criminal Justice, but I'm not brave enough to be a guard. My brother worked in a Texas prison (Scott Unit) for about 4 years and he said everyday was an adventure. Even though you speak to the inmates/convicts everyday, you can never trust them. They have 24/7/365 to strategize ways to beat the system and pull the wool over your eyes.
