Anyone here use ADP or Netchex? Couple questions...

Mainly regarding their customer service and their mobile access/capability...
I would prefer to deal with this through email as I don't follow the board as regularly as I probably should outside of LSU baseball season.

Thanks and good night! :)

ADP = large organization, no one on one customer service and product is lacking.
Netchex = small organization, one on one customer service and product built for web base services.

Adp has an option where I can let my employees go to it and look at their information, update their information, look at benefits, and then another one for pay stubs. It's pricey but I like it over small companies plus hr & payroll supervisors like it over smaller companies. Saves then time.

We use ADP/workforce now. Pretty easy to navigate for employees. Request time off, pay stubs, change profile, benefits review.
Now, if only I could change my own pay, that would be a game changer.

ADP has a lot more to offer than a smaller company like Netchex... Recruiting, Performance, Analytics and Benchmarking are all difference makers in my book. Plus, they have the resources to service and the new products I've heard that are coming out are pretty cool...

This will be week two with Netchex. Happy so far. They came out and walked me through every step... easy peasy

Our company left ADP and moved over to Netchex. Superior product at a more cost efficient price. A lot more innovation at Netchex than people might realize when comparing it to ADP.

ADP's headquarters is in New Jersey

Yep, you right... My company chose to go with the best solution that provided the most flexibility for growth and change.... That was ADP. Both products are great... Netchex is just geared for smaller companies... We have 250 employees and ADP fits us perfectly...

Netchex has this built in to their platform.

ADP is like the titanic (although not sinking). Large, but can't move quickly. They're platform was not initially intended to be web based. They use a lot of "bridges" to make their products communicate to one another, i.e. not seamlessly integrated.
Netchex is quick and nimble. Responsive. Platform developed to be web based. And they are constantly putting money back into research and development, along with great customer service.

My mistake... I thought they were in one of the Lakeway buildings in metry... My bad. I do know that the ADP products that our company uses are all cloud based and integrated to one database... And ADP owns all of their products instead of using partners or resellers... Regardless... Both are good companies, just with different markets...
