I've tried a few of teaspoons in water and it definetly "works" but I would not recommend it.It reminded me a bit of salvia which is much better imo. The headache, gross taste, and feeling like a crack head shame afterwards was not worth it. I hear its popular in prison. If you to do more research I suggest LINK /
