Anyone ever tried a sensory deprivation chamber? What's it like?

I did it for the first time the other day. It's incredibly peaceful and at times you feel like you're kind of drifting through space. Felt like a good cognitive reset and made me realize how much constant sensory noise we're subjected to every day.

Isn't this how those baws in that Russian experiment went down?

They told me that if you pee in it the water turns pink. I tried it but I couldn't see anything so I don't know if it's true or not
