The lower part of the arm (elbow to hand) keeps falling asleep or it feels like that. I was told it could be a pinched nerve perhaps. It only happens when I lay in bed to go to sleep.

It just means there's no bloddflow to that part of the arm. That's your body's way of telling you.

Position your arm differently in the bed.

Most nights my whole body falls asleep! Should I be worried?

I have the same thing going on but never checked it out. Hurts like hell though. My sister works for physical therapist, she says it sounds like a pinched nerve in the neck.

I've fallen asleep on top of my arm at a weird angle before and had my arm fall asleep. It's kind of painful when I wake up. Sounds like you may be dealing with something different though.

I woke up once and my arm was so asleep that I couldn't move it. When I lifted it with my other hand, it felt like I was picking up someone else's arm. Felt pretty shitty when the blood flow started again too.

That usually happens sometimes when I fall asleep with my arms above my head. No blood flows to it and it just gets all tingly and feels like dead weight. I don't think it's something to be concerned about health-wise. But it does freak me out when I wake up and my arm doesn't feel like it's there.

It happens once in a blue moon. Not often at all.

I make my hand fall asleep on purpose then get a hand-job from unwilling stranger.

That is not how a pinched nerve works. People come up with all kinds of stupid crap they think makes sense.

99.9% is just a sign of being relaxed. However, left arm is more likely to be a something to it than if it's your rt arm.
