Depends on how much time and how far you want to go. North and South Arky are very different. Petit Jean sounds about right for you.

Some of you don't know shite about movies. Deliverance was filmed & set in Georgia.

Arkansas is one of the most underrated states in terms of natural beauty.

Grandparents had a place on Lake Ouachita growing up, so I may have nostalgia bias. I remember my dad telling me not to flash the Texas gear too much.

LF if you can try to find some books on places to go by Tim Ernst.. They are all well written and incredibly helpful

the ozarks are stunningly beautiful especially for us flat landers. My folks have a place near Pelsor and we go up there all the time
