Never had an issue with time changes. Used to travel a great deal, so accustomed to EST one day & WST the next. Have a few friends that take weeks to adjust.

I'm up before the sun rises, so 4am is going to come fast in the morning. I'd rather stay on daylight savings time year round though.

Agreed. Moved to AZ in 2018 and not having to deal with the time change is awesome.

I’m pushing for a bill to keep daylight savings year around. If it ever happens it stated right here

I thought there was already a bill in the chute that they’re going to start debating tomorrow

If you are this type of person, don’t move to Alaska as your days can go from 24 hours of darkness to 24 hours of light in a few months.

Some places like Fairbanks the day grows by 7 minutes a day and shrinks by 7 depending on the season.

Places north of the Arctic Circle are even funner where you get the 24 hours of sun and 24 hours of darkness. And you days can grown and shrink by 20 minutes to 10 minutes each day depending on the season.

By the way, Alaska observes Daylight Saving Time.

It doesn’t really affect me, either. I’ll go to bed when I’m tired and be fine tomorrow.

The one thing I am, though, is conflicted. I like it still being light out and it’s nearly 7PM but at the same time it’s nearly 7PM and I feel like it shouldn’t be. That only sucks the first few days though, I always enjoy it being light out for longer in the evening.

Add in waking up 20 times a night and there you have it.

I've been to Fairbanks during the winter. I loved it.

I don’t like it because it screws up our UTC time conversion. -6 in standard time is really easy. -5 is a pain in the arse.

For me, this is the time I wish we’d have all year. No change, just stick to daylight savings time.

My goal one year is to make it north of the arctic circle and enjoy 24 hours of sun.
